Touch

So, I watched a new show last night. It's called Touch. It airs on Fox on Wednesdays nights at 8pm. Kiefer Sutherland (from 24) is in it. Who doesn't love Kiefer Sutherland?! In the show, he has a son who is autistic. His son has a thing with numbers and connects everything to them. It looks like it is going to be a really good show. You HAVE to check it out!

The Archibald Project

I read about this on someone else's blog today and I had to share it with you! There is a gal who has a gift for photography and she is using it to raise awareness for adoption. She followed a family through their process and took pictures of it all. It was SO BEAUTIFUL! She is doing this as a ministry.

Baptism

A few weeks ago, we had a baptism Sunday at church. It is always special to watch believers take that next step in their relationship with Jesus. It was extra special this time because Jesse, a member of The Able Church, was baptized. Pastor Tim(of The Able Church) was able to be a part of it too.

I Need Your Help!

These past two years at Camp Daniel have been amazing, wonderful! I am so humbled how God has provided every step of the way. Not always for the things I want, but definitely for the things I need. Such a good lesson to learn. I have been living on about $300 for the last two years. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I basically spend my money on food and gas. Even that has been pretty tight.

Starting next month, one of my main supporters isn't going to be able to send that money anymore. Once again, I find myself in the position of being fully dependent on you: my family, my friends, the body of Christ. I am in need of more monthly support. I can't do this without you! Will you help me?

Jerick

I was over at the Kocian's house last night. I spent the evening with Jill, Becky and Emily. We laughed so much that we couldn't laugh anymore. It was a great night! The highlight though, was meeting Jerick and his mom, Kendra. They joined us for dinner. One of the things I love most about being a part of Camp Daniel and this ministry is connecting with families who have kids with a little extra. Two new families in the last couple of months. Yay! Jerick is 5 months old. And, you know me, I had my camera ready! ;0)
